55 Hudson Construction Updates

Construction on ACDC’s 55 Hudson Street development began in September 2025. The tentative completion date is September 2027.

This project will create 110 all-affordable homes - 44 homeownership units and 66 rentals. The development will also include a new Boston Public Library branch in Chinatown.

Those interested in entering the affordable housing lottery to purchase or rent must wait until 2027. Sign up for ACDC’s mailing list at www.asiancdc.org to receive updates on housing applications.
