Program Overview 儲蓄配對計劃介紹

ACDC’s Matched Savings Program is a financial education, counseling, and matched planning program. It aims to encourage eligible participants to develop saving habits for future home ownership and support first-time homebuyers by matching each dollar they save with a dollar in matching funds. This program is open to residents of Boston and Malden, respectively. The 1:1 match for Boston is up to $100 monthly and not exceeding a total of $1200 for a duration of 1 year. The 1:1 match for Malden is up to $125 monthly and not exceding $750 total for a duration of 6 months. The Matched Savings Program is organized by ACDC, and generously funded by an individual donor and other funders. ACDC is responsible for assisting potential participants with the application process, providing them access to training, and assisting the participants in general once they are enrolled in the program.

亞美社區發展協會新一季配對儲蓄計畫最初由個人捐贈者資助，後來吸引其他贈款資助是一個集理財教育、諮詢和配對儲蓄於一體的計劃。該計劃在鼓勵符合條件的參與者養成儲蓄的習慣，為購買第一間房做好準備。每存入$1，亞美社區發展協會將配對給你$1.這計畫為波士頓和摩頓的居民開放。波士頓參與者，每月配對上限為$100，計畫為期一年，配對總額不超過$1200。摩頓參與者，每月配對上限為$125，計畫為期六個月，配對總額不超過$750。

How to Apply 如何申請

申請者必須符合以下條件：

  1. AMI 家庭總收入在 80% AMI 以下;

  2. 希望增加家庭存款在1-2年內購買首間住房；

  3. 承諾參加亞美社區發展協會每年4小時的個人財務管理課程和理財諮詢服務

  4. 過去或者在計畫期間參加由亞美社區發展協會舉辦的首次購房學習班

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Family income under 80% AMI

  2. Desire to increase household savings to purchase first home in 1-2 years

  3. Commitment to 4-hours (annual) of personal financial management services provided by ACDC

  4. Participated or will participate in a first-time homebuyer workshop provided by ACDC
