Historic Hudson Street
The Hudson Street Reunion 2008
On October 25, 2008 current and former residents of Hudson Street in Boston Chinatown gathered at the Hudson Street Gallery to share fond memories and photographs of Hudson Street. In the 1950's and 1960's, hundreds of Hudson Street residents were displaced to make way for highway construction. We welcomed former and current residents to celebrate the return of the site to the community and introduced our proposed Parcel 24 development, that will reknit the residential fabric of the neighborhood. Our guests helped to contribute to the continuing legacy of Hudson Street with their memories and precious photographs, which we plan to post on this site.
